  • Shipping Fee: A small shipping charge applies to orders below Rs. 2000/-.
  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service used.

Replacement Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We will arrange a replacement of the same item, subject to availability, at no additional cost to you.


Return Policy

At Neutroderm, we do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product itself. However, if you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
